Jodi Brockington is a New York–based entrepreneur, speaker, certified health coach, and author. She is the founder of the FOJ Find Your Fit Challenge, as well as NIARA Consulting and FOJ Network, where she empowers multicultural professionals and entrepreneurs.

Known for her judgment-free approach to wellness, Jodi helps people reset their habits, boost their energy, and build confidence in ways that are realistic and sustainable. A passionate traveler and devoted dog mom, she believes wellness should meet you where you are — without pressure or judgment.
